Enzo Guarino
Chief Commercial Officer & Strategic Partnerships
Enzo is the driving force behind LYV’s commercial strategy, partnerships, and national expansion. With over two decades of experience in business development and procurement, he has successfully designed and delivered modular projects for a diverse range of sectors, including mining, commercial, infrastructure, and government agencies. His deep understanding of logistics and operations, from coordinating trades to managing suppliers, positions LYV as a key partner in addressing housing challenges through innovation, compliance, and on-time delivery.
Antonio “Tony” Piscicelli
Chief of Manufacturing & Operations
Tony oversees LYV’s global manufacturing capability, with 25+ years of modular construction expertise and operations across a 45,000 sqm facility in Australia and joint ventures in Asia. He has designed and delivered thousands of prefab and modular buildings worldwide, ensuring LYV homes meet the highest standards of compliance, quality, and speed.
Leonie brings senior planning and development expertise from both government and consultancy leadership, with deep specialisation in NSW planning frameworks, land strategy, and stakeholder engagement. Her extensive experience ensures LYV projects are not only compliant and fast-tracked, but also community-centred. By navigating complex planning laws with precision, Leonie strengthens governance, streamlines approvals, and helps deliver housing solutions that balance policy requirements with real community needs.
