Enzo Guarino is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of LYV Group, a housing delivery platform established to develop a system-based approach to producing housing at national scale.
His work focuses on integrating capital alignment, programme governance, industrial manufacturing and coordinated deployment into a unified housing delivery architecture. The LYV platform treats housing as deployable infrastructure rather than isolated construction projects.
Enzo has spent more than two decades working across construction, operational delivery and manufacturing-led accommodation systems. That experience shaped the core LYV thesis that Australia does not have a housing design problem but a housing delivery problem.
At LYV he leads platform strategy, government engagement and national programme development, working with industry, community housing providers, manufacturers and policy leaders to support coordinated housing delivery across Australia.
Through LYV Group he is developing a housing delivery system designed to convert capital, manufacturing capacity and infrastructure planning into scalable housing supply.
Livio Tessarolo
Joint CEO — LYV Group
Livio Tessarolo is Joint Chief Executive Officer of LYV Group and leads the building, design and operational delivery of the LYV housing platform.
A registered builder with more than twenty years of experience, Livio has delivered residential estates and major housing projects across multiple sectors, building and leading large construction teams responsible for the delivery of complex developments.
He co-founded LYV Modular to address Australia’s housing supply challenge through scalable modular housing delivery and played a leading role in establishing the company’s Western Australia display village. The project demonstrates how advanced modular design, engineering and manufacturing can support faster and more reliable housing production.
Livio’s work focuses on integrating traditional construction expertise with industrial manufacturing capability, creating more efficient pathways between factory production and on-site housing deployment.
At LYV Group he oversees building operations, design development and housing deployment, ensuring the platform can deliver high-quality homes at scale for government, community housing providers and development partners.
His role focuses on translating the LYV housing platform into practical delivery.
